Bradicon! – web-based tool for generating 32bit icons from your image file. Upload a PNG, JPG, or GIF file and download ready to use ICO file. The icons contain three resources (48×48, 32×32, 16×16) and preserve transparency.
Bradicon can be used for creating executable icons, shortcut icons, and favicons.
