Notifu allows you to send a message to an individual or group of people via email, IM, SMS, or phone. They have some cool tools currently and are in public beta – except some neat stuff such as an iPhone and Android app. Send a message to an individual or group, know if the message was received, and gather responses to make simple decisions.
